Description
We are in search of an IT Support Analyst for our Jacksonville, Florida team. The role entails delivering technical support in a dynamic environment, engaging in system administration projects, and providing systems-related training to users. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
Responsibilities:
Work with the IT team and internal users to address IT support issues
Independently and collaboratively troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose network/systems problems
Offer in-house and remote support for client-end systems, including design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution
Establish processes in the support environment
Engage in software upgrades and system enhancements across the organization
Seek out and apply improvements to systems, software, and processes
Document and disseminate solutions and procedures to the team
Undertake and complete projects with minimal oversight
Create and maintain Windows 10 images; support Windows 10 on desktops and laptops
Provide support to other IT teams as required
Apply skills in Intune, MS Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, and MS Office 365
Help with training users and peers on systems-related matters.
This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
